Are you a reseller? Am I working with another middleman?
All of our custom goods are designed and manufactured by us, you're working directly with the factory. By eliminating the middleman, we pass the cost savings on to you.
What are your turnaround times for custom casino uniforms?
Most custom orders (movie projects excluded) are shipped within 6 to 8 weeks of order date, many are sent even sooner. Occasionally the timeframe is longer, for example when we are having a custom fabric made for you. In these cases, we will always make sure you're aware of this information upfront. We recognize that turnaround time has become a significant problem in the custom uniform industry, with some customers reporting waits of 4 to 6 months or longer. We pride ourselves on not following that "industry trend"!
Why don't you show prices on your website?
Because so much of our business is custom, we need to understand exactly what you're looking for in order to quote a price. Your choice of fabric, trims, style modifications, etc are all important factors in this process. Our sales reps will work with you to understand what you're looking for, and we can then provide an accurate price based on your selections.
How long have you been in business? Are you an established company?
We have been making clothing for over years, with over -5 years in the uniform business. Our clientele includes some of the most recognized brand names in the world, and many of our customers have been with us for over 10 years. We're always happy to provide references of existing customers. Whether you're looking for a custom casino uniform, movie costumes, or a new look for your restaurants, we can do it!
I really like style XYZ, does it come in another color? Can you add a pocket or badge tab? Make it longer, shorter, wider, or with purple trim?
Of course! We are happy to make modifications to any of the styles shown, just ask!
What is your return or exchange policy?
Most of our garments are custom made for you and cannot easily be resold to another customer. As a result, there are no returns, exhanges, or refunds on custom garments unless the merchandise is defective. If you feel it is defective, please request a return authorization in writing. No goods will be accepted without written authorization, requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, and any returns must be in new, unworn condition.
